Semi-private lessons custom-tailored to the needs of your small private group with a focus on a particular theme, yoga technique, or posture sequence. We recommend that you all have the same level of experience to make the practice more meaningful for everyone.

BEGINNER
Explores a basic technique, posture, or sequence with an emphasis on the foundational aspects of yoga and the key principles of breath, movement, awareness and postural alignment. Plenty of hands-on assists but more extensive verbal guidelines will be given. Designed for anyone who wishes to start their own personal yoga practice in a small intimate group.
INTERMEDIATE

Explores some of the more advanced techniques and yoga postures in the standard or modified forms depending on your group’s needs and goals. Emphasis is on postural alignment and conscious breathwork. This level can be practiced by anyone who has mastered the basics of yoga and enjoys a physically challenging yet balancing practice.

ADVANCED
This is a more advanced group practice thoughtfully sequenced to include more complex asana, pranayama and meditation. The complexity of the practice can be adjusted to suit the level of your group. Particular attention is given to the principles of body and breath awareness, inner focus and concentration. This level can be practiced by anyone who has mastered the key techniques of yoga.
