BEGINNER
Explores the most basic yet most important classical yoga postures with an emphasis on the foundational aspects of yoga and the key principles of breath, movement, awareness and postural alignment. Yoga postures are individually adapted to gradually awaken your sensory awareness and enhance your understanding of yoga through step-by-step learning.
Designed for anyone who wishes to start their own personal yoga practice safely, easily and effectively.
INTERMEDIATE
Intended to build, deepen and refine your personal practice. Explores more advanced yoga postures in the standard or modified forms depending on your level of fitness. Emphasis is placed on body mechanics, postural alignment, and conscious breathwork which brings a meditative quality to the flow of your practice.
This level can be practiced by anyone who has mastered the basics of yoga and enjoys a physically challenging yet balancing practice.
ADVANCED
This is an intensive practice thoughtfully sequenced to include advanced asana, pranayama and meditation. The complexity can be adjusted to suit your personal level. Emphasis is placed on the principles of body and breath awareness, inner focus, concentration and absorption to tune into your bodymind’s natural ability to be your guide—on and off your mat. This level can be practiced by anyone who wishes to broaden their perspective of yoga and gain a deeper understanding of its application in everyday life.
